CHIEF JUSTICE ABRAHMSON

· Voted to overturn Milwaukee’s School Choice program
· Voted to prevent police from patting down a suspect, believed to be armed, for weapons making Law Enforcement’s job more difficult
· Voted in Thomas v. Mallet case to allow a plaintiff to sue paint companies that merely sold lead paint in Wisconsin during the past 75 years without any proof that their paint was used in the homes of the plaintiffs.

· Was the subject of a press release by Representative Steve Nass and a letter to Chancellor Biddy Martin asking for an investigation as to why Chief Justice Abrahamson was using a state website to solicit campaign interns
· Has, to date, refused to sign Judge Randy Koschnick’s clean campaign pledge to keep the April 7th, 2009 race for the Wisconsin Supreme Court focused on the record, opinions, qualifications and judicial philosophies of the candidates!
